Model Overview

The CVEDIA TALOS Gun Detection algorithm is built to detect a wide variety of guns and rifles, while having a low false positive rate for other held objects such as phones and utility tools. By utilizing CVEDIA synthetic data technology, TALOS retains high accuracy in crowds and busy environments, as well as an improved contextual recognition of gun versus rifle, and pedestrians versus military persons.
